I spend a lot of time in nature… especially in the water… playing in the cold mountain streams. It’s what grounds me...centers me… keeps me sane in this crazy world.
My moments of Zen are simple one minute videos of something beautiful I’ve found in nature that I’d love to share with you if you could use a little help grounding too!
You can just watch them whenever you feel like it or use it as a daily one minute meditation… where you can simply watch and breathe and let go of thought for a minute. It’s amazing what what one minute like that can do for your peace of mind.
